Refund Policy/Cancellation

Original Paintings: All sales of original artwork are final. Returns or exchanges of original work are not available except for the most extreme situations.  

Rights to Artwork and Images

All artwork, images, and graphics are the sole property of Alexandra Rose and may not be used by any third party without written permission.  

Alexandra Rose retains all rights to the image of all artwork including the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings.   

Alexandra Rose retains the right to make prints of any and all artwork unless the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork in addition to purchasing the original work.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us.  We do not share any personal, demographic, or financial data with any third party.  We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or another direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
